Airbus, in collaboration with UNESCO, organizes international “Fly Your Ideas” contest, through which university to innovate on the future of sustainable aviation students are challenged.

From 05/31/2016 to 11/30/2016

The ideas contributed by students must answer five key challenges the aviation industry has to face in the twenty-first century:

Business Models: What else could I do with aircraft in addition to use for transportation?

Flight Operations: How Big Data can be used to improve the efficiency of flight operations?

Passenger Experience: How can new processes or designs facilitate boarding and disembarkation of passengers while luggage capacity is increased?

Engineering design: How can the artificial intelligence to help the design and / or manufacture of aircraft?

Manufacturing: How can the production be optimized to reduce waste and ensure sustainability of resources?
